Parent Volunteer
Parents of prospective students are welcome to apply and join SCGS as Parent Volunteers to learn more about the school while volunteering your time to support the school. Upon completion of at least 40 hours of voluntary service to the school by 30 June of the year of your child’s P1 registration, you would be eligible to register your child under Phase 2B. Please visit MOE website for more information of P1 registration process and Phase 2B eligibility.
Parent Volunteers Application
If your child is born between 2 Jan 2022 and 1 Jan 2023 (both dates inclusive), you may apply for Parent Volunteer online from mid-Jun 2026. You may refer to the following timeline to understand the procedural flow for Parent Volunteers.

| By 15 Nov 2026 | Complete an online application form via this link. You will receive an immediate acknowledgement email upon successful submission of your application. |
| By End Feb 2027 | Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted for an interview. If you do not hear from us by end Feb 2027, you may consider your application to be unsuccessful. |
| Between Jul 2027 to Jun 2028 |
Parent Volunteers will commence their services of minimally 40 hours to the school. |
| By Mid Jul 2028 | An acknowledgement letter will be issued upon satisfactory completion of Parent Volunteer services. |
