ALL 2026 Sec 1 students will be required to register online.
Timeline:
19 Dec: Sec 1 Posting results
22 Dec: Registration Link sent via Parents’ Gateway by 12pm. Parents will receive a message via Parents’ Gateway (PG) to register with the school and confirm acceptance of their daughter’s posting to SCGS.
26 Dec: Parents to complete registration.
Please ensure that you have registered and updated your password for access to PG. (Singpass)
This message will contain:
1. A unique link* for registration and acceptance of the offer of a place in SCGS.
2. Documents giving general information about the school (School Hours)
3. Information about the First Day of School and Orientation.
4. Administrative Instructions (eg: Application for Car Decal & ID passes etc..)
5. SCGS Parent Support Group (PSG) Information and registration.
[* This unique link to a registration form will be sent to you. Each link contains information relevant only to your daughter. (eg: Eligibility for Third Language, Higher Mother Tongue etc .. )] Please DO NOT SHARE this link in your chat groups as students will receive different options.
Parents will receive notifications at different times as the options for students are different.
Parents will starting receiving notifications via PG from 9am on Monday 22 December. Contact the School only if you have not received this registration link by 4.30pm.
Complete your registration by 5pm on Friday 26 December.
2. Students Eligible for Third Language
Students must confirm the acceptance of the offer and complete the online registration at:
From Friday, 26 December 2025 to Wednesday, 7 January 2026.
Student who wish to register for Chinese as a Special Programme (CSP)or Malay as a Special Programme (MSP), must approach the school for details.
3. Appeals for Entry
Students who wish to appeal for admission must meet our actual COP for this year’s S1 Posting. School transfers will be subject to available vacancies and meeting the school’s admission criteria. SCGS will need time to process the appeals, and the outcome may only be available from mid-January. While schools have the discretion to consider appeal requests, they may not be able to accept appeals due to limited or no vacancies following S1 Posting.
