Students are required to book a slot prior to attending the clinic. Device Clinic hours are as follows:

The Device Clinic hours will be reviewed and revised termly.
Should students need help outside device clinic hours for password resets or other matters, please log a ticket via Freshdesk.
Apple Authorized Service Centres
There will be a fortnightly collection of faulty devices that will be sent via courier to Apple Authorised Service Centres for repairs. The devices sent through the school may take between 6-8 weeks for repairs, depending on the extent of the damage.
If the device has a hardware issue, do make a Device Clinic appointment first for our school staff to assess the device and advise on the best course of action.
If needed, you may make an appointment with Apple directly through https://getsupport.apple.com.

Devices sent by parents/students directly to the service centers will not be subjected to the same courier pickup services offered through the school’s service desk.
