(Q1) We have difficulties logging into SLS on our laptop/phone.

(Q2) The recording function in SLS seems to be only supported on certain OS.
To use the Recording feature of SLS on iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads, your device has
to be updated to iOS 14.3 and your microphone setting in Safari should be switched to “allow”.
(Q3) We had completed the SLS assignment but it is still in the ‘incomplete’ list even though the status of the assignment is stated as ‘complete’.
If an activity includes a quiz, you must submit the quiz in order to complete the activity.
If an activity contains questions, you must submit your responses to all the questions in order to complete the activity.
You must complete all the activities in a lesson in order to complete the lesson.

of the Assignment.
